What’s the shipping and delivery time like?

Canada

  • Free ground shipping, no tracking (10-15 business days)
  • $21.9 - Express shipping, with tracking (3-5 business days)

United States

  • $5 CAD ground shipping, no tracking (10-15 business days)
  • Free shipping over $75
  • Extra charge for expedite or request tracking number (3-5 business days)

Rest of the world outside of Canada & US

  • $8 CAD ground shipping via Canada Post, no tracking (10-20 business days)

All shippings are via Canada Post unless specified. 

 

Customs Delays:
Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery.  It is sometimes possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages. Neither the shipping carrier nor Owls Be Crafting have control over the customs procedure. 

What are Custom Fees/Duties/Taxes:
Customs charges may apply depending on your country. International shipments are subject to customs duties and may vary depending on your destination country, order value, country limits and other factors. This fee is your responsibility. 

 

When will I get my order?
Every order is made to order and it takes approximately 3 – 5 business days to create. After that, shipping time will vary depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout.

 

Where are Owls Be Crafting products made?
All Owls Be Crafting products are designed and home-made in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Some variations may occur as they are all home-made.

 

Can you mail to my recipient on my behalf?

We sure can! We call it direct-to-recipient. Basically, we mail the card on your behalf with your recipient's address and your return address. We'll also hand write your message for you (as long as it's not an essay).

Here's how...

1. Add card to cart

2. Click "Add Order Note" in the text box, include:

  • recipient's name
  • recipient's address
  • return address (typically your address)
  • message in the card

3. Shipping address should be your recipient's name and address
